Task Description :

• Responsible for providing telephone support for all incidents and changes, concerns , ‘how to ‘ questions, related to the IP Telephony infrastructures. (Central Component (Cisco UCM) , Voice Gateways, Cycos voicemail/fax system , ACD call center system, PeterConnects Call Attendant Server, ….)
• Provide Cisco Call Manager end-user administration;
• Maintain user documentation and helpdesk procedures

Required skills:

• Experience in routing, telephony systems, switching, TCP/IP , VOIP technology
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager

• English
